I grew up with BBS’s as a kid in the early to mid 90s and remember fondly calling all the boards that were active around me and wanted to relive that with my family. I started Pixelgrounds as a project with my oldest son in late 2022. It’s had its ups and downs and my son lost interest soon after it started but I got hooked on the sysop side of things that I never experienced when BBS’s were big.
